Within 12-24h after the order is placed it will be checked and approved. As soon as the order has been approved in our system the production will be commissioned. For personalized products, it takes about 3-4 days to manufacture the product, ensure quality and package it. Therefore, it can take up to 5 days until we have delivered your package to the supplier. Please note: After we have handed over your package to our shipping service, we can no longer influence the delivery. Our logistic partner will always do his best to ensure that your item reaches you as soon as possible. If no other period is given in the respective offer, the delivery takes place after completion of the product within 5-14 working days. We know that you would like to have your as soon as possible. Since we manufacture each product individually for you, the process takes a little longer.

After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order here.
