There is a 14 day right of return for all goods. Please make sure that you return the goods unopened and in new condition, otherwise we will not be able to take them back without further ado.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for return shipment unless the goods are defective. For defective goods or wrong deliveries we pay the return shipment within Germany.

YOUR GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE:

If the goods are defective, please contact us with:

a picture of the defect,

the order number (7 digits e.g. #LO-1244)

at support@thelovely.shop.

If you have received a personalized item with the wrong engraving, please also send us a picture of the engraving and the order number to the same address. We will then immediately check whether an error has occurred on our site.

As soon as the articles have been accepted by our claims department, we will refund the amount to you.

THE RIGHT OF RETURN DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:

Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
